ARTHUR SCHOPENHAUER

Arthur Schopenhauer was born in the city of Danzig, present Gdansk, Poland on 22 February 1788. He was a German philosopher. Schopenhauer said he was influenced by the Upanishads, Immanuel Kant and Plato. He died on 21 September 1860, at the age of 72, in Frankfurt.
